I’m pretty excited about going home. It’s been a while, and I miss my simple farm girl life. It’ll be a nice break, even if I do have a lot of shit to work on during it. As long as I do one fun thing, I’ll be happy. Well, overall it’s been a good week. I didn’t get as much accomplished as I would have liked, but I still feel good about how things went. I’m having a really great time with Steve. We’re weird, but in a good way :)

Oh! Story! Steve, Michelle, and I were walking home from lab today when I noticed that Steve and I were both wearing black while Michelle was sporting her usual pink. I found it amusing that she was walking b/t us. So Steve said we were like a v-day Oreo cookie…oh my. We all cracked up. Yes, Michelle’s the cream filling :) (ogm creamy) well, Michelle split, leaving Steve and I as two dry cookies…just when we thought we’d be thrown away because our cream filling was gone, I said “well, maybe they’ll dunk us in milk.” The timing was beautiful. Just as I said it, Steve pointed out that 2 people passed us from opposite directions wearing white. What a fun day! I’m just looking forward to a day when Michelle is late to class, b/c I want to yell “where’s the cream filling?” hehe yes, I know it’s sad but I’m easily amused and admit it, you are too!! :)

It’s almost fall break time!! Yay! I’m excited. I have high expectations for this break. Now, I have to get work done first of course, so it can be more fun. John & Zach better do something with me or I’ll kill them!! Okay, not really. I’ll just hang out with my sister instead. Ugh…gotta work.
