Well, I’m officially exhausted but pumped for my drive home tomorrow.

I spent 2.5 hours going downtown to get my car title. Traffic made me want to cry.

I sold my car at Carmax, which was so painless, it was almost scary. Jim from Dreyer & Reinbold picked me up there and we battled traffic back to the dealership, way behind schedule. But alas, we got there and my car was all pretty and waiting for me in the showroom.

Sadly, a dense fog had settled in while I was at carmax, to the point that I could barely see a few feet in front of me, so it didn’t make the drive off the lot as thrilling as it should have been, but I was thankful for the fog lights & xenon headlights. I was sooo late to the christmas party, so I drove straight there, even though it’s walking distance from my apartment.

It was a great evening!! We played a little game of “match” and I won “Art with Adrienne” & “Recess with Rose”. I’m pretty stoked. I love the irish pub. I shall have to go back. It was a really nice evening, and a nice chance to talk to some people I don’t normally get a chance to.

Joseph, his wife (name has slipped my mind), Amy, Alex, and I were the last ones left. We were the troopers. Though, in Mitch’s defense, he did drive back to say a second goodbye to us after taking tyler home, sooo he sort of made it.

It was fun times and exciting taking out tours to see my new wheels. I’m really excited for my first road trip tomorrow. I hope the dogs don’t freak out at the change in venue.

I’m 95% sure that this is the car I bought in action at the holiday party at the Newcastle race way, which tells me she’s tasted speed and she’s gonna want more.

And soo funny, while we were standing by my car, about to leave, this girl walks by and says “oh, we have 2 mini’s”. Turns out we had the same salesman, and he had actually mentioned her & her b/f or husband’s name to me that evening when I bought mine. What were the odds I’d meet her walking her dog at midnight!? It’s already making me friends. I can’t wait to get signed up for the mini car club and start joining in some road trips.
