Well, I just saw my “on this day” post was titled “telemarketing.” It’s funny because I just had 2 telemarketer people call me back to back just minutes ago. The first was about communication services. She asked if I were over 18. I said, “yeah,” and she said, “Oh, well you don’t sound like it.” hehe great. The second lady was calling for a political survey. She had an Indian accent, and for some reason I thought she said “India” instead of “Indiana” the whole first part of the survey. So obviously, when I heard her ask, “Do you think India is taking steps in the right direction?”, I said “I have no idea”. She was cracking up. “hehe, that’s okay, mam” Ah well, fun times but I thought it was funny that 2 years ago I had telemarketers calling me. Maybe it’s a good day to telemarket.
