Tomorrow afternoon I shall skip 2 of my classes (not bowling of course), and hit the road to Chicago with one of my friends. We’re going to see Starsailor at the Metro. I’m really excited to see them. I’ve heard they have wonderful shows. I’ll post my experiences from the evening this weekend hopefully. I have a LAN party this weekend tho. So many plans :)

On a side note, I just heard the new Incubus album, A Crow Left to the Murder, and it was surprisingly good. “Here in my room” is such a wonderful song, lyrically & musically. It’s one of those goosebumps songs. Southern girl & Megalomaniac (the most overused song title in the world) are also good tracks.

I’ve never been much of an Incubus fan. Although, I did chat with someone who claimed to be the lead singer on instant messenger. oh that’s a fun story actually. He claimed that he was writing a song as he chatted with me, thus the pauses. I played along with his pretending game…who knows…maybe it was really him. I told him that I wasn’t a huge fan, and I hadn’t really heard anything since Make Yourself. He appreciated my honesty haha…at least he didn’t have to worry about me stalking him. So we had a pretty interesting chat, but he had to go and pick up his band mate apparently…yeah. Well, whoever this guy was, I haven’t seen him online again…I think it was evirus5 or e5virus. I asked him what it meant, but he said it was one of his friends’ names so he had no clue. It was a fun time. I really thought we had a connection…I should write him a letter haha.

Well, my parents just called. They asked if i wanted to go out to eat…seriously, did they need to ask? food?...I’m there! Yeah, they caught me skipping class hehe. I just spent 20 minutes cleaning off my car in my plaid pajama pants and boots…yeah, I got some stares. So my car is semi ready for work tonight…looks like it’ll be covered again by tonight. Damn snow.
