Well, I’m officially signed up for my second round of comedy. I deserve points for surviving sign-up night. Truly, I am the only female to be found, and I’m pretty sure it’s every guy’s goal to either make me cry or date me, non-single ones aside. But luckily, I can hold my own. In fact, I sort of wish I had audio clips of my convos to share. Some were pretty priceless.

Either way, I’m suddenly surrounded by people that want to talk to me. And it’s yet another job with a hot Carmel boy who probably already thinks I’m a stalker for knowing half his HS. haha, but really I’m in it for those few minutes on stage. I have had good feedback from the regulars. They say I have what it takes. I think they just want to keep me around regardless :) One guy really did say that I was a rockstar for it being my first time and a hardass for not being nervous. That statement made me realize that the pre- & post- show mingling is the only time I’m nervous. Hell, if I were just on stage all night, I’d be fine.

Seriously, though, I think it might be my dream job. Actually, I might even like to be in a sitcom or write for one. And I will never ask for $1 mil an episode. I may end up in CA after all.

Big plans this weekend…corporate sports competition. I’m running in the 1/2 mile and sprints. I haven’t been on a run in months. Seriously, and I’ve already injured myself. My knee cap made an unfortunate encounter with an end table. So in all likelihood, I could die this Saturday. I can’t help but imagine all the guys that will regret never having the courage to ask me out. haha I’m sooo funny.

Not much else to say…I’m bored & tired and I miss all the attention from last night :) Mainly I miss having someone to sarcastically reject.

oooh I was stalling because I knew there was something else to talk about…iTunes 7 & the new Shuffle. iTunes now has movies for download. Sweet, even if I’ll never use it. Cool for me, though, is the album art gallery. It has revitalized my effort to get art for all my albums. I used to be so good about that. Seriously, it works so beautifully with the mighty mouse. The new Shuffle comes with a built-in clip. It’s genius.

And speaking of the mighty mouse, I can no longer use other mice. My day consists of trying to spin the wheel sideways & repeating “Damn it!”. I’m pretty damn sold on the mac. I only turn on my PC to get files, despite my mac being in the most uncomfortable spot on my dining room table with a shitty ass back breaking chair. Pain endurance has to be a sign I’m converted.
