I watched Elephant the other day. Eh, 2.5 stars. I saw Scotland, PA. tonight. Again, eh, 2.5 stars. I’m hoping for something better from De-lovely. I have yet to form an opinion about Lost in Translation. It was good but…something was off.

Interpol was on Letterman tonight. They rocked. So many CD’s I need to buy, so little money. I have four coming in the mail tomorrow:

• My Morning Jacket - At Dawn
• Fiona Apple - When the pawn…
• Muse - Showbiz
• Clem Snide - The Ghost of Fashion

I’ve heard them all but MMJ, but I’m certain I’ll love it. Yes, Matt, I like owning the physical album, so don’t start. When I build my own house, I have great plans for my album art and room decor. Oh yeah, happened to catch Elefant on Jimmy Kimmel. The guy was annoying but Elefant was decent.

I struggle to get to bed before 2 am. Try as I might, I can’t do it. It’s snowing. Fantastic. Meeting in the morning with my favorite completely ignorant-but-can-solve-all-the-world’s-problems boss. I can’t wait.
