I finally made these pretzels today. I got a recipe that was supposed to be like Aunt Annie’s pretzels in the mall. Well, my shaping on these was a little off but not a horrible first attempt at pretzels. They took around 2.5 hours, but taste SO good. Working with dough is so much fun! If I were to knead for 5 min everyday, I might get an arm muscle…or two. heh. My ideal life: my own bakery, outdoor photography adventures…discovered through random driving, and something with music, not sure what, though.

I thought we were only supposed to get a little snow, but it’s been coming down all day. I’m ready for it to be spring. I want to go for walks. I just saw an old couple walking in the snow. It was precious. I want to make my yard beautiful and get my herb garden going, too. Heh, so it will smell good, too.

Oh, and note, the new addition of “Broadcasting Live” (couldn’t think of cool name yet) on the left. As soon as a new song starts playing on my Winamp, this updates, so it’s probably 5 seconds short of being live. This is something I’ve always wanted to implement, but this morning I found the tool to do it.

Also, one of my friends got accepted to study abroad in Vienna this summer. Very exciting.  regret never doing that. Seems he may also create a new site, which is something to look forward to. I’m fortunate to have such talented friends. They improve quality of life, I say.
