Peter, Paul, & Mary and PBS

I just watched the Peter, Paul, and Mary special on PBS. Wow. I’ve always loved folk music, but now I love it more. And we all know I’ve always loved PBS. Once I get some extra funds, my money goes to PBS. Of course, I’ve been making this claim since I was about 10 (seriously), but dammit, one day soon I’ll actually be able to do it. Hearing PPM sing Puff the Magic Dragon gives me goosebumps every time. I heard it in the car a month or so ago, and I was like a kid in a candy store. It made my day.
Seriously, my friends, money -> PBS = good. If you think I’m a freak for saying this, then it seems you haven’t watched PBS…ever. Let me give you the rundown: Soundstage 9pm on Tuesday, Are you being served? and Keeping up Appearances 11-12am, Antique Road Show, This Old House…and Arthur! I really miss the Red Green show though. I need to get a hold of the DVD. PBS is also the first place I saw Lord of the Dance and The Three Tenors, both memorable points in my life. PBS has a pretty slick website, too.
Check out PBS & get your lazy arses up at 9 am tomorrow for Sunday Morning on CBS. I’m setting my alarm so I don’t miss it again.
