Well tonight was the big open house for work. Everyone has been working really long days to get stuff ready for it. The place came together amazingly well. Nice working with people who care to put in the hours to make something like this extra special.

Above is the team post-open house. We were all ready to crash, especially since half of us are sickly. Night turned out really well. The place was seriously packed. I did not expect so many people. I was snapping shots and getting some audio from clients and potentials. It was reassuring to hear how positive their view was of our company. They said some really nice things. I honestly said “aww” after one of them hehe.

But we had random video clips playing on the flat panel. They were just some fun clips like one was of everyone riding the bike around the office but I don’t think it’s online. Also, the moving video was on there. I think everyone enjoyed those. We had projects going on our computers. We also had very cool “did you know?” type signs around the office. I broke out my fact finder skills to gather those. They seemed to be a big hit. In all, I think the evening was very well received.

Oh, the photo is of our light grid. It turned out awesomely. You can kinda see it above us in the full staff photo below. I think the most exciting part for me was chillin’ with one of the twins in his pod. He had a 40’s style record player so he broke out some vinyls, while a few of us sat & chatted. Good bonding time. I’ll prolly be visiting him more. He had some nice old records.

But yes, very cool night. Really looking forward to family & friends one…if we ever get it scheduled. Big plans for the weekend. I’ll try not to be lazy and take some photos of it. And this is the most dressed up we’ll all likely ever be at the same time hehe
