I just heard back from my Internet friend in the Army. We’d sort of lost touch over the last couple months, and I’d attempted to send him a surprise package but it was returned. Apparently, he’s back overseas AGAIN. :( He didn’t get to be home with his family for the holidays, and I feel really guilty for being such a brat with my petty problems on here.

Even though he & I met under odd circumstances and have never met in person, he’s been a very good friend to me. I was actually hoping to get a chance to meet him, but that may not be possible for a while. He can’t even tell me where he is or why’s he’s there, only that he’s had to take some lives. I can’t even imagine his state of mind.
