Just got a letter saying I got my loan! Hot damn! The bank also already has the appraisal done, after only 2 days!! It appraised for a lot more than I paid, which is awesome. Anyway, if you ever need a home loan, Union Federal is the place to go. They have the best rates, most mortgage options, lowest closing costs, and clearly, they’re damn fast. It’s looking like the house will be mine Oct. 18 for sure. Kick ass.
