This weather has been absolutely amazing. My mood and work ethic have improved 110%. Work emails don’t even send me in to a rage. Roommate situation is going well. Her presence keeps me in order. Dishes get washed immediately, and Snippy will now get more walks. I’m one of those people that likes to have everything “perfect” with company coming over and such, so this situation reaps the benefits of that trait. Oh, off subject, but mom mailed my knitting piece for the pic (Note the awesome hole. I let y’all see me at my worse ha)...can’t wait to get to Hobby Lobby.

Snippy’s check-up went well this afternoon. We’re increasing meds to max dose, as they seem to be helping. I told her about the walking backwards business, and basically, Snippy was diagnosed as “special.” hehe her vision and all is quite good, but it’s possible it could be the start of canine Alzheimers. My family just can’t get away from that disease it seems.

When we got home, I worked outside, putting the screens back in that were blown out during winter and cleaning leaves and such out of all the flower beds. My yard’s all ready for a cookout. Now I need to get my herb garden going. While I was in the backyard, my neighbor came out, who is the same age as and a lot like my dad. I felt like I was on Home Improvement, talking to Wilson on the other side of the picket fence.

Well, I will seriously cry if another hint of winter shows its face. I’m cooking great meals and getting so much accomplished, and I don’t want that to stop. Though I think more than weather has contributed to my dramatic improvement in moral, such as the roommate, Rachel, and helping friends with work (if only that were my job). I can’t help but wonder if Indiana weather is hindering me. Ever since my trip to San Diego, I’ve tossed around the idea of living there, but I have no idea how I’d afford it out there alone, especially since I’d certainly want to work at some bakery in the Historic District and likely make close to nothing heh. Actually, last night’s minor insomnia was planning my baking display to show the baker boss man.

I’ll just wait to see where tomorrow takes me.
