I had a bunch of trick-or-treaters tonight. That was exciting. Snippy wasn’t quite as excited. My first trick-or-treater was a cute little girl. Her parents were nice and introduced themselves. The little girl had to meet my dog, because her mom said she knows all the dogs in the neighborhood. She said “I met S—nippy” It was pretty adorable.

I have furniture in my dining room now, which is nice. Using plastic containers for a table wasn’t working well. I’m getting my washer tomorrow, which mainly leaves getting a decent TV and a DVD player. Hopefully I can have that stuff before the first of the year, and then I can have people over.

I spent the afternoon cleaning up outside and doing the manly work. I got to use my coping saw for the first time, which was exciting for me. I worked while Snippy barked at all the happy couples pushing their carriages down the sidewalk. No, hot single neighbors like the Caldwell commercial yet, though. Haha

I got an email from Blockbuster boy. He hasn’t replied to my response yet. He seemed nice, but on first impression, I’m not sure we’d be a good match anyway…

I heard I missed a killer Halloween party last night. hehe too bad I wasn’t cool enough to attend. It probably would have been fun times. My mom brought up the dress I was going to possibly wear as a costume today, a little late. It was our neighbor’s dress from when she was young. The family gave it to us when she died a few years ago. The odd part is that I just tried it on, and it fits me perfectly. It’s not necessarily a very flattering cut for my figure but most dresses aren’t. ha. If she was born in the late 1800s, she was probably about my age when she wore the dress. Kind of cool.

Gosh, I posted a lot this month.
