I had a bad experience trying to reach Sony on Monday about them failing to get the correct financing promo set up, and thus, I was getting some major finance charges. The last guy I talked to was really nice and said he’d email me when it went through, usually within 48 hours. Well, I called back today, since I had not heard anything, and the lady was really nice. She put me on hold for a bit and when she came back, she said “It’s all taken care of and Ned [apparently guy from Monday] says you owe him some movie tickets for getting that filed.” I paused, and about said, “I think you’re talking to the wrong person” because I thought “WTF”.  Nope, she meant to say that to me. I was cracking up. I’ve never had a customer service person say anything like that. Cute story I had to share.

You know I’m hard-pressed for excitement when a customer service call makes my day. haha I guess this is what they call a “valley” :)

My sister & her friend were making big heart cookies for their significant others when I called. How precious. I’ve never “celebrated” v-day. I’d like to participate somehow. Maybe i can send random people homemade valentines and freak them out! I’d be good at that I fear.
