College, Mall Cruiseliners, Tidal Waves, and Tornadoes

So many epic dreams. My brain was working overtime.
I was back in school but I had roommates at my apartment. One of my roomies let this annoying freshman live with us. My mom was there and I decided to call Johnny about something for work, but when he answered, I completely forgot what I was going to ask. (I remembered eventually but can’t remember now) I just carried the phone around with him on the line. Somehow, this kid insulted Johnny, and when I talked to Johnny in person, I was like “I’m sorry, I didn’t think it was my place to say anything.” He said, “I wish you would have.” So I decided to say something then but Ron & Evan seemed to be there, too. I walked in to the living room where the kid’s were playing video games, and I yelled “pack your shit. you’re out! I won’t have you insulting people who are a helluva lot better than you could ever hope to be.” I think I said something better, but that’s close.
Then, I was outside some lecture hall talking to Ron about the kid and I told him about some worthless project he did. Then Ron was gone and some black girl with glasses looked at me and said “hi.” I walked with her down the stairs, and said “hi. I shouldn’t know you, should I??” She shook her head and I said I had to get to class. She said it was nice meeting me, though we never did meet. I was trying to find building 10 or 8, and I think it might have been Stanley Coulter. As I walked through this big room, library/cafeteria type place, I saw Johnny with his back to me, sitting at a table with some lady. She seemed to be some a biology researcher or something. I said, “hey” and kept walking. I was walking really weird, like skipping, and I had no book bag or anything which is strange for me. I was wearing a dark brown corduroy coat, too.
In the next dream, I decided to buy a sheep, so I was taking it around my grandma’s house but the choker on it was huge. Next thing I know, I’m pushing myself around a mall in a rolly chair. I saw some neighbors, and they recommended eating at the steak place by HH Gregg but it was closed. Apparently, the mall is on a cruise ship. I was standing with my neighbor and her husband and we noticed a gigantic wave building up. I could’t swim so I started asking for advice on what to do. Snippy was with me. I put her leash on so I stay connected to her but I was afraid I would hurt her. The wave hit but somehow the ship was driving on land and we came out of the water. As we were driving, there was a beautiful sunrise and I wasn’t sure if we were seeing another world under the water but other people were like “ooh, look at the lakes…”, as if it were weird they were there.
My neighbor ran out of the ship and drove off in her car. I debated for a second and then ran off the ship, too. I saw a gigantic tornado to my left so I ran to find shelter. I found this door to an old shop and had some déjà vu, thinking that was the place I always went when there was a tornado. I walked in and went to warn the owner of the store. He thanked me and said he hadn’t seen me in there in awhile. I said I hoped he didn’t mind me coming there for tornadoes all the time.
A group of us had gathered. I situated myself between two windows with my back to the wall. The big tornado split in to four, but those appeared to go around us. At the last minute, they turned and went over us. I bent down over Snippy on the floor. I looked outside and saw three or four more coming toward us. As I was covering Snippy, I saw Jobbie & Briece (my parent’s two yorkies) so I struggled to pull them under me. We all survived. I stood outside and saw Jenna in the distance. I held up Briece and yelled, “I have poodle!” (she calls him that)
Umm where did those come from? I heard a 2-second clip on the radio about the tidal wave. I also thought about those neighbors I saw in the dream before going to bed because I was considering buying a dog from them. Relatives of that neighbor raise sheep. I guess the thoughts of work were from coming back to West Lafayette. I had a two-second chat with Johnny about dogs and of course, I always worry about Snippy.
