I just got the Sunday paper. I see lots of toy ads, and I must say I miss going through the JC Penney’s catalog, tagging the pages, circling toys and putting my initials next to it. I’m considering doing the same with the Best Buy & Target ads. hehe online lists just aren’t as fun.

I’ve become smart about making lists, though. I start right after Christmas and keep the “I could really use this” list next to my grocery list. One that came up yesterday was a mixing bowl with a handle. Jeez, mom’s kitchen had me spoiled.

I need to fricken decide what kind of laptop I want to get, because there are probably some good deals for Xmas. ThinkPad, Vaio, or PowerBook?

Well, I’ve used a Vaio & ThinkPad before, so I think I need to get a chance to browse a PowerBook and get a feel for it. That might narrow things down faster. If anyone has any thoughts or opinions, even from secondary sources, feel free to share. I’d like to get this before January.
