I planned a surprise trip back to Indy for Amy & Alex’s 30th birthday bash. I got to meet the new baby arrivals, too, and celebrate Kyle’s 21st birthday. It was a non-stop celebration.
A last minute decision put me on a flight to LA for the 2nd to last NIN show at the Henry Fonda. It was a night I’ll never forget.
My amazing, incredible, awesome, and memorable evening behind the scenes at NIN.
I spent a long weekend in Nashville, TN, marking an item off the bucket list and hanging out with some of the best people you’ll ever know.
Even if the cult did turn out to be nothing but a big game, I still walked away with a great story. And we didn’t let it ruin our day, closing out things with a drink on the 52nd floor and some family style chinese dining.
I like to preach the difference between walking & talking. Today I practiced. It all went horribly wrong, but A for Awesome story.
They didn’t know when I was leaving, but they wanted to make sure I received a proper send-off either way. My friends pulled out a great surprise and a mini me.
A last minute decision to drive 70-miles south for a concert turns in to a long night of beautiful music and enough laughing to make my jaw sore. Oh, and I started a second blog, because one just wasn’t enough.
A visit to the latest mini-saucer and my afternoon Mini test drive, which forever sealed our fate as soul mates. Plus, a little TGIF surprise.
The results are in. My first week as a paid comedian was better than I ever hoped. I made a room of 200 people laugh two shows in a row. Rush.
After Jason Webley’s last show, he had a lot to live up to and he did not disappoint. The night was only made better by the addition of lounge cover band, The Leisure Kings. And all this awesome after seeing the hilarious Simpson’s movie.
I had my shining moment night at Cracker’s, and it’s secured me a comedy upgrade.
There are perks to a huge time difference. I get hilarious stores of late night adventures fresh off the press before it’s even time for dinner.
An ice cream social at work and fun times in the park, followed by an evening bowl—all in the same day! Plus, I watched a 5’5 female co-worker beat down a 6’7 male co-worker at HORSE. The day was full of amazing.
